not sure if anyone actually reads my blog but i am sorry i have not blogged lately:( I am still trying to recover from my back fusion surgery. but i have been working on a few things. I made some handmade flowers and a cupcake box with 3x3 cards! I love looking at other people's blogs and over at splitcoaststampers for ideas! i so wish i was talented like some of these ladies. I would write more but my son got to my laptop and broke my space bar key so its very hard to type now! dh is not going to be happy, its a brand new laptop:( well thanks for stopping by and if you see something you like i would love for you to check out my store

back in action!

well i finally got to scrap for myself the past few days and i cant tell you how good it feels! i also finished the paper bag album that goes along with the diaper bag i posted. the 2 LO's i did also counted towards a challenge over at storytellers MB.

the love u LO- was a challenge to do B & W with a pop of color. it wasnt a hard as i thought it was

sorry its been so long

i thought i was doing great with my weekly blogging but then i had to have major surgery. thursday will be 3 weeks that i had my back fusion. well things are going ok, it was rough at first i thought i was going to die. it turned out to be a 7 hr surgery, 2 rods, 4 screws and 2 cages to replace 2 ruptured disc's. I feel much better now, i cant already tell a difference. I dont have any leg pain anymore. All of my pain is due to recovery and thats ok with me.

Also i wanted to say thank you to all of my wonderful friends who have helped me through this trouble time. i got so many nice cards and a great book from my cafemom friends. also nana's place sent me flowers! i am so blessed to have great friends!

well today i made a paper diaper bag, i am working on a paper bag album to put in there to sell. it was lot of fun to make. i combined 2 ideas from great and talented ladies. i believe one is chic n scratch and leigh o'brien. i think they are over at SCS. the paper came from storytellers club, i love this paper! the pocket in the front i made to put a card in there. well i hope you all like!

yummy cupcakes!

ok so all the new rage in scrapbooking is cupcakes! there is a lady over on cafemom i believe her name is starfish made up a awesome template! so thank you for that i am in love with these cute cards! i made 4 to try and sell, its more of a boyish theme! tonight i will be working on some girly theme's! these would make such cute birthday invites! the blue cupcakes are made with paper from TLC and the 3d embellies are from the $ store! the other ones i cant remember where i got the paper from! well thank you for looking and thanks to starfish for the awesome template!

yay i remembered to blog!

ok so i made a goal this month to blog once a week, and i remembered! so very proud of myself. i did do a couple of tri-fold cards this week! thanks sara for the instructions, i am not a very good cardmaker so i am trying to learn. i also am in the works of making things to sell again, i do want to set up my blog store so i hope to get that up and running soon.

on another note, my back fusion surgery got postponed till april 24th, i really just want to get it over with but not looking forward to the recovery. i really hope this is it for me, i am tired and i want my life back.

monday was my birthday,i am the big 29! one more year till 30! and sean's birthday is may 5th he will be 2, i cant believe how time is flying by! on sunday i went to ac moore and picked up a few things. i got $50 from a family member and cant wait to buy some goodies! i want to head over to micheal's for the big cricut sale, i really want some more cart's.

i posted awhile ago i need to blog more, and i really do. i have so many things i make and want to share and i always forget to blog!

well big news myself, and 2 other friends have made a forum for scrapbookers & paper crafters. most of the people on the board are other cafemomers, so this was kind of new to them! but i have some of my best buds on there as well! nana, Terry and jo have joined me-yay!

alot has happened, i have been working on alot of things! i am finally caught up with my swaps and hope to scrapbook more now. on my own things and things to sell. i have been slacking lately. so here are some things from me!

i should blog more

ok its been since thanksgiving since i blogged, i really need to get better at doing this! well i got a cricut for Christmas and i am so very happy. now i just need more cartridges-lol! i also have done alot so here we go. i did a recipe swap for scrap haven, secret page swap, my partner like Halloween and fall so i did 8x8 LO's. i also did this letter of the word swap and i saw the cutest turkey's done with the scallop punch, i think her name was jan tink over at scs. so thank you! also i did a tag swap for let's scrap and i also so a santa with the scallop punch and i am sorry i didnt know who did that. and i did the reindeer which was my paper piecing. i have done a few more since but i need to take photos so that will be another day, hope you all had a great christmas and have a great new year!
