some great news!

hi everyone!
so i am sitting here from my parents home in the poconos, getting ready to start our new venture to moving to CO! we leave tomorrow morning and are heading to IL to see my bff kathy! i cant wait to see her and i am so excited! then we will spend the night and then we are off to CO.

i am excited and nervous at the same time, its such a great start for us but i have never lived that far away from my family. good thing for email and webcams!

i was also asked to be apart of scrap that design team!

i used my mind eye paper
and i made my own denim embellishments that will be for sale soon!

hi everyone! so this post may be kinda on the longer side, alot to post as far as my LO's and big news!
so first here is my LO for MDC
we were using julie bonner(52 weeks....52 sketches) sketch
here is my LO:
i used prima's space boy collection
i did handstitching and handcutting of alot of things!
also those black marks on the bottom are not suppose to be there, my son decided he was going to write on my LO when i wasnt looking-bad boy! so i had to cover them up!

ok the next LO is for a site called my sketch world
i found it through liz who is on their dt
the challenge was to use their sketch and use the title i am so lucky
here is my LO:
i used my minds eye paper, KI memories letters, handstitching and handcutting

the last LO is for my dt lets scrap
i asked everyone to pick a pagmaps sketch
i used the one from march of 09
my take on the sketch:
love that my minds eye paper!!!

so thats the LO portion, we are moving to CO at the end of the month. tim got a job and we leave on the 30th. its going to be a huge change but for the better i think. its going to be hard leaving my family and friends! :(

LS is also holding a crop next month april 23-26th called spring fling! lots of good stuff come join us!

i am back! we very much enjoyed our vacation to CO!! and my friend kristy loved her album, i was so happy and nervous. i decided to do a baby book for her daughter and hopefully i can get some more business and do what i love! i wanted to share some photos from our vacation first

i used basic grey paper, handcut felt brackets and letters. i based this off a sketch from creative scrappers (i think)
