Hi all! My name is Jasmine and I am super excited to be a part of the CraftingFamily Design Team!

I've been paper-crafting for about 8 years now, but involved in all kinds of crafts for as long as I can remember. These include rug hooking, cross-stitching, pottery and beading, and baking but scrapbooking and making altered art is my number one hobby. I love to learn new techniques and just starting teaching layout classes at my local scrapbook and stamping store, so I'm hoping to share some of those techniques with the ladies over there as well as on here too!

I'm a stay-at-home momma to two lively, energetic and lovable little boys named Charlie (almost 5), and Owen (almost 3). They keep me on my toes and give me lots of inspiration and fuel to keep my scrapbooking going! I've been married to my husband Jonathan for almost 8 years (our wedding was what got me started scrapbooking), and he is my best friend and fully supportive of my paper addiction! I'm also the momma to 2 dogs, a beagle named Cricket and a collie mix named Tien....crazy, busy little household, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I'm excited to be a part of this team and can't wait to share some projects and ideas with everyone!! ♥

Hello everyone! I'm Michele. I've been "crafting" for many years....12 years to be exact. I love to make cards, alter things that most people wouldn't think about altering, and scrapbooking.

I am the mom of two beautiful and exhausting girls (16 & 10) and wife to a charming man. We have 2 kitties and 1 doggie. :D I work fulltime so when I craft, it's usually after work and on the weekends when I NEED the break. ;)

I have been on the design team for Crop Chocolate for a little over 1 year and have loved how much fun it's been. I have loved learning more about myself through the designs I have made over the last year. I have also LOVED meeting such wonderful people and making lifelong friends!

so i am sitting here from my parents home in the poconos, getting ready to start our new venture to moving to CO! we leave tomorrow morning and are heading to IL to see my bff kathy! i cant wait to see her and i am so excited! then we will spend the night and then we are off to CO.

hi everyone! so this post may be kinda on the longer side, alot to post as far as my LO's and big news!
so first here is my LO for MDC
we were using julie bonner(52 weeks....52 sketches) sketch
here is my LO:
i used prima's space boy collection
i did handstitching and handcutting of alot of things!
also those black marks on the bottom are not suppose to be there, my son decided he was going to write on my LO when i wasnt looking-bad boy! so i had to cover them up!

i am back! we very much enjoyed our vacation to CO!! and my friend kristy loved her album, i was so happy and nervous. i decided to do a baby book for her daughter and hopefully i can get some more business and do what i love! i wanted to share some photos from our vacation first

Monday challenge

so i am glad to be home this week, my mom had surgery last week and we were at the hospital for a few days, mom is doing alot better-thank goodness!
the doc said her disc was so ruptured it popped right out.

so today at MDC our challenge was to use lace cardstock and we cant use adhesive
so i did some handsewing and brads to attach it,
i used SEI-sleigh ride underneath the cardstock and basic grey paper, i also used MM chipboard letters and applied 3d glue to them, MM journaling spot.

i also used this for LS, we had to use a black &white photo.

i also finally finished a LO for julie's site

morning everyone!
so this past weekend was crazy i went out on sat night with some old high school friends and had a blast! it was great seeing them, they havent changed one bit and i love that!
here is all of us

then sunday me and my sister took sean to the crayola factory we had a blast!

so the last few days i guess i have been in a slump but i did get a few things done since friday

yesterday i made a paper cupcake, i saw it in scrapbooks etc and had to try it
it was alot harder to make than i thought and next timei will use smaller strips

i did handstitching, faux stitching, handcutting and some felt ribbon

eat cake:
i scraplifted myself, i did handstiching,handcutting and storytellers paper and brackets were used

morning everyone! so i wanted to share some new things i made! i was on a roll yesterday, 1 LO and 2 cards! plus i got alot done around the house, so that was nice.

tomorrow i am meeting some old high school friends for dinner and sunday me and tim are taking sean to the crayola factory, and my sister is coming so we are going to have a blast!

this was a sketch #5 by julie bonner, i so love her site and sketches, i look forward to a new one every sunday
i used storytellers paper, MM paper and embellies, and the tag, is made from apha backing,cosmo cricket chipboard letters, i did some handstitching as well

happy halloween:
i did this for a pagemaps contest, i am really pleased with this one,
i used goodies from my tally sis becky-thanks!
i handstitched, and did the paper peiced crow

bee mine:
i am new at cards so i am starting out slow, i saw this in scrapbooks etc mag and i had to do it!
i used target $ bin pp, paper pieced bee,handstitching and storytellers alpha's

be mine:
this one if for my chemo angel, i wanted something simple
i used my pens to draw lines around the edges, cut squares and i punched out the scalloped circle
i also used 3birds chipboard heart and versamark to do be mine

first i want to share my MDC layout with you, our challenge was to do a LO about a person you love and tell them why. I am horrible at journaling for some reason,my words just dont come out right on paper,but i tried!

i did some handstitching, and i made my own flowers and heart, i used dill blossom SEI paper and twill ribbon.

i did this for 2 challenges, first was at tally, we were to use our leftover alpha's to make a tree. and 2nd was for my group i gave the girls a challenge to do a bucket list.
i used cosmo cricket papers, and some misc. supplies

MOW:
i used a template from creating keepsake magazine just loved this one,i did make it my own with a few things!
the car paper is sandylion-rush hour, i used dream street papers alpha's

so i think thats it! so headover to lets scrap today! and i have the job of picking a new dt member soon, we have had such great entries, its really going to be tough!

i have been busy!

so i have been busy scrapping and crafting-yay! and tim got me photoshop yesterday so i have been playing around on that. i found a site called pioneer woman and wow she is awesome! i cant wait to buy a photo printer so i can start scrapping with them! now back to the regular scheduled program-lol

first here is my layout for mothers & daughters creations, we were to pick a sketch by julie bonner and i chose #43 of last years

adore you
i handstitched the outside edge, i used daisy bucket paper (perfect harmony)
they can be found here at MDC store
i also did faux stitching, handcut the title and flowers

next there was a challenge over a scrapperie
we were to scraplift ourselves! what a cool challenge!
so i choose a older LO it was orginially 8x8 and i turned it into 12x12

apple of my eye
i used sassafras apple delight paper, paper pieced apple, handstitching, and i also cut the title out from chipboard letters that i wont use-lol

and last i signed up for chemo-angels i sent a card to a cancer patient once a week so here is my card

ok first i want to say i did scraplift this, and i have no idea where i got it from, i did switch the placement around but i am sorry i cant give proper credit

i used my left over daisy bucket papers, and the smile came from 3 birds
i hope she likes it!

well seems the sickness is over finally! and i got a chance to scrap-whoot!

i have to say i am really happy with how this turned out

next i did a challenge over at tally, called stop sitting on it
i NEVER do LO's about me, i always do them about sean or our family so this one was different for me! i have a hard time with journaling as well so i dont really do it that often

happy new year friends! well it has been really crazy here, everyone is sick! so i have some things to share today first my mothers & daughters creations LO
i had a really tough time with this LO,we were suppose to do things we want to change in the new year but i did a look back at 2008 and i am pretty happy with it. i tried pleating for the first time, thanks amy for the inspiration!
i used imaginisce paper, fairest of them all collection
you can find the paper here

also i made some recipe boxes for christmas
these were super simple to make and made out of one sheet of cardstock, each have tabs for breakfast, lunch,dinner,snacks and desserts
i found the directions on someones blog and i am sorry i forgot who now.

hi everyone! we had computer issues this week and i am in the poconos with my family for part of the holiday!

i have so many things going on i just havent taken a pic of them, so many christmas projects!

over at tallyscrapper, i tried out before and didnt make it so i am attempting again! so we shall see
we had to upload 3 new LO's
so here are my creations
the first one was made for my dt lets scrap
this is my son sean on thanksgiving, it was really hot at my sisters so we took of his shirt!
we used a sketch from jackie (one of our dt's)
i did alot of handstitching

these next 2 pages are for tim's best friends family, i am making them a scrapbook for christmas
here is used a sketch from julie bonner
i handstitched, heidi grace paper and alot of hand cutting
for the frame i cut the circles and cut them in half, i got the idea from the paper the background has that pattern.

ok can u tell i am addicted to handsewing? i used my storytellers kit and cut out the trees and the word believe and more handsewing, i added brads to the center scalloped strip

well its time again for another MDC reveal! this week we had to take a favorite christmas carol and incorporate it on our page. i chose i believe in santa claus.

I used little yellow bicycle red tonal & ribbon stripe
i did alot of handstitching and i used transparency to cut my snowflakes and paper pieced a easy snowman!

also in exciting news i have a new nephew! he is the cutest little thing! he was born on thursday and weighed 7lbs
i am working on some new things and hopefully will have a sneak peak for you soon. i am working hard to get xmas presents done!

ok i did another LO last night, i love looking through magazines for inspiration and my favorite is scrapbooks etc so here is my take!
fall family fun:
this was a picture from sean's first hayride to the pumpkin patch. i tried to find a cute title but didnt see anything
i used circles cut in half to create the border and i used scraps for the background and alot of handstitching!

also exciting news i am going to be an aunt tomorrow, my sister jenny is giving birth tomorrow to my nephew steven edward tomorrow and i cant wait to meet the lil guy!

and i have decided to start making scrapbooking embellies, i want to sell them at a reasonable price because we are in a economy slump and i think its crazy the prices of scrapbook things these days. the first ones to get my things are my design team girls, so be on the lookout in 2009 for my things to be on sale!

Terrific Tuesday

so i am glad to be home today! yesterday was filled with crazy running around and spending the day driving all over

since i dont have a camera i have been borrowing my sisters and i took pics of LO's i have done over the past week, TFL:0)

the first one is thanks i did this for 2 challenges one at tally and another one for pagemaps blog
i did alot of handstitching and yikes my own handwriting!

for the next one i did this for julie bonner's site 52 sketches
i used a paper pack from target, handstitching and some stickles

this one i wanted something simple the LO is kinda funny to me sean decided to stay in his stroller alot of the time so we did most of the work. i paper pieced the monkey

and this last one i saw a LO in scrapbooks etc and decided to scraplift it

again more handstitching i seem to be doing it alot these days

well i submitted a page over on pagemaps, i saw they posted something about a possible turn in a magazine so i thought what the hay and gave it a try well i guess they made their decision and i didnt make it. its ok it was my first one and i am happy with how it turned out so thats really all that matters

they had 150 submissions and thats got to be a hard decision to call!
so i can finally share my LO, they had a sketch and you had to change the 8.5x11 sketch to 12x12
so without further ado here it is-ha ha ha
and i finally figured out how to not have that date on there anymore. our camera broke so i have been using mother in laws. it just takes away from the whole photo-yuck!

also i lost 20lbs and i am excited! we have been eating healthier and i was walking when the weather was nice so only 20 more pounds and i will be happy:0)

i am going to be a aunt again tonight or tomorrow. one of my sisters is pregnant and due dec 9th well little steven thinks otherwise! she is 2cm dilated and 80% effaced and her contractions are 3-4 min apart. so the doctor told her its probably going to be tonight or tomorrow. and the stinky part i am really sick, i have a cold so i cant be there for the birth or to see my new nephew:0( that makes me really sad. so i will update when i hear something!

so i just got my dt stuff for mothers and daughters creations, in the meantime you can check out their blog and post to their challenges. they also have a free stamp giveaway, so head over and check them out!

so i wanted to start playing with my design team (mothers & daughters creations)
so they had a challenge for table decor and once i saw kathy make these i knew i needed to make one.

i used reminisce paper 3 different kinds
st. nick's sweater
holiday cheer
santa's socks

i will be doing a tutorial on how to make these over in lets scrap on ning next week! so come and join us and stop over at MDC and say hello!

also here is my LO for Lets Scrap this month, i had fun! we used a sketch from julie bonner (love the sketches julie!)
i did some hand stitching on this and i am happy with how it came out, its 8x8 so i had to kinda cram things on there, i am trying to fill out the rest of my son's book.

also here is another one that i entered into julie's drawling
for this one, i did ALOT of hand stitching and some exacto knife work! i am pretty happy with how it turned out

TGIF ladies! over at the ning group tonight we are having a mini crop at 830pm eastern, if you are not apart of the group and would like to be please email me and i can send you an invite!

so i have been scrapping and using the awesome julie bonner's sketches!
this LO was done using a LO i seen in scrapbook etc magazine, but i put my own twist on it!

this was done for a sketch over at julie's site:
for this LO i used acetate and then outlined the letters in stickles, i also used epoxy alpha's that i peeled the letters off and used and clear bubbles!

this LO i had it saved in my scraplift folder on the computer, but i did put my own spin on it
i wanted to use these cool funky papers, the non-traditional type of christmas stuff. i used rub on stitching and 2 birds chipboard.

happy halloween everyone! today i was walking with my son and i started thinking about some past halloween's. my favorite memories include my grandmom coming to our school and watching us in our parade's and her giving us our special baggies of candy with money tucked inside. now my mom is passing on the tradition with her grandkids and i am thrilled. my gram passed away a few years ago and i miss her terribly! but i have my good memories to hold on to!

ok i completed a LO for a sketch challenge by julie bonner. i am super excited about my LO. i am usually not good with sketches but this one turned out good.

so life has been crazy lately, i am home from the poconos it was a nice visit and my camera broke:0( so no pics of the nice colors. i am sad about that!

but i got some layouts done one was for tally scrappers i didnt do my survivor LO so i had to complete a layout tag game i had to lift the LO before me so here is my LO
so i am pretty happy with this one, thanks mindy for the inspiration!

here is my design team LO for this month
last weekend was a little crazy, dh got into a car accident, he is ok but our car isnt:0( we had to get a rental car on sat and on sunday was my niece's baptism so it was nice to see my family!

hello from the poconos!

so i came home to visit this weekend with my family, my mom had to work and my dad had to run out so we are here alone so i figured i would share with you some things i have done lately.

back to the poconos real quick its beautiful here this weekend, today its 70 and the foliage is awesome here! the colors are so great!

so over at lets scrap we are doing a summer challenge and here was my entry we had to scraplift someone here is my attempt

also over at the mosy scrapper i am doing there 12 week xmas challenge this week we had to use a bird on our LO, mine is in the tree:0) i also used a sketch from pagemaps
and i made these cool paper pumpkins from cardstock! i used versamark and ink to ink the edges and crimped the leaves, really happy how these turned out. thanks to kathy for the tutorial~

my 2nd week entry for survivor

so over at tally scrapper the 2nd week posting was up and i wanted to get it done early since i will be heading up to my parents for a long weekend! i cant wait to see them and sean gets to spend time with his poppy!

so for week 2 we had to:

use the word Journey on your layout
use a chipboard alpha that has been painted and has different sizes
use NAKED chipboard embellishments
your layout must contain some pink

i used rub on stitching and you cant see it really well but in the scalloped circle it says not a destination. and i also cut the stars out. so i am pretty happy with how this turned out and its another 12x12!

i am also working on some more wall hangings to sell, i am hoping to find a craft show in november so it gives me some time to get lots done!

well i wanted to go pink for October but for some reason it wasnt working for me, so i added some breast cancer things and went with a fall theme, what do u all think? also over at tally alot of the girls are doing boobie shots and i have a lady helping me fix mine to make it look pretty. cant wait to see it!

its been years! over at tally scrappers i am in the group survivor so this week we had to

must be 12x12
must have a stitched edge
must have a paper pieced tree
include an owl, bird, hedgehog or deer
have 2 photocorners
journal on a cloud
3 photos
and title it Life Is Beautiful

so i am pretty happy with how it came out, i hand stitched the edge of the cardstock, paper pieced owl, and tree's. i also put life is beautiful going up the tree branches. i usually dont scrap more than 1 pic so using 3 was a challenge! so here is my entry

i also used best creations paper from wish on a scrap kit!
in other news i did not make the tally scrapper design team:0( yes i am sad but the girls who made it are talented. so maybe in another 3 months i can try again we will see.

so things have been so crazy here, between the design team, and my sister's wedding i was going crazy! but my sister is now married, i did her favors and i stamped on candles which was really neat and of course i forgot to take a pic but she says they have alot left over so i know i will get some soon.

a new Layout and some other things

so i went back to blog for sketches, the one i tried out for the DT. she had a really cool sketch, i decided to try it and then you email it to her and she puts it on her blog. also entries have a chance to win a $10 gift card to 2peas. so here is her blog its called pink sketches http://pinksketches.typepad.com/
so here is my entry kiss, i am kinda happy how it came out, things used were 3birds, a homemade embellie, stickles, stitching rub-on's and a handcut title.

so i had my whole family here for the weekend and it was awesome to see them all and we had a blast! we did work on things for my sisters wedding so it was productive! I did get a chance to do some scrapbooking before they got here so i will share those soon.

but i did pick 2 new girls for the design team. we had so many applications and so many talented ladies it was a hard decision. we need a new scrapbooker each month of a guest spot so if you werent picked please dont be upset and i am sure i will be contacting you for a future guest dt spot.

i cant believe my cafemom group Let's Scrap is going to be 1 august 31st. there have been some bad but mostly good. i have met some awesome ladies and have so much fun. so in honor of us turning one we are hosting a birthday party august 26-28. so if you can come over and check it out. we are going to scrapland with a christmas theme should be fun!

so i have been seeing these Popsicle cards everywhere! and i had to give it a try. i got my directions for chic n scratch blog, love love her! she does some awesome stuff. i had to improvise cause i did not have that stamp set. but i do have nana's kid nursery paper that has a sheet of strawberries so i just punched that out instead. so i am pretty happy with how it turned out.

also we are getting alot of applications for our design team and wow there are so many talented ladies out there and this is going to be a hard decision!

so i figured i would try and attempt to try out for another dt, for those that know me i tried a few years ago and got cheated-any ways its been awhile so i figured what the hay! well tonight i saw that i was not chosen. i am not going to lie, i am upset but what can i do about it. i did create my own design team with a few good girlfriends so i hope that will take off. also i run a group on cafemom and its our year birthday at the end of august so we are planning a crop for the 26-28th and we are traveling to scrapland and doing christmas in august. so this should be fun, kathy is coming up with some really good ideas

well its after 11 and i really wanted to scrap tonight but i am tired. so i am going to finish chatting with the girls and head to bed.

bridal shower

so my sisters bridal shower was last sunday and i was so happy with how things turned out. i made the centerpieces, favors and a towel cake! the centerpieces were cootie catchers upside down with jellybeans inside, the favors are bottle water holders with crystal light packets in them. i wish i could have done some things fancier but time got away from me. so here are some pics

since last time i blogged? i think my last post was in June. so much has been going on, but again i am making goals and one of them is to blog once a week. i have really cool news i have started my own design team. i run a scrapbooking group over at cafemom so its me and my admins. also, every month we will have a guest dt. we are not offical or anything but hopefully some day we get there.

i did have a page goal last month of 15 pages and i was 7 short:( i set the same goal this month! now that my sisters bridal shower is over and we are not going on vacation this month i should be able to hit the goal. i do have to start on wedding favors for her though. i will share some LO's i did recently.

well i have to start another blog for the lets scrap design team, so i am going to do that before bed. thanks to everyone who reads my blog and hope you will check out our design team's blog. also here is a pic of my mom and her girls!

well i finally got to scrap for myself the past few days and i cant tell you how good it feels! i also finished the paper bag album that goes along with the diaper bag i posted. the 2 LO's i did also counted towards a challenge over at storytellers MB.

i thought i was doing great with my weekly blogging but then i had to have major surgery. thursday will be 3 weeks that i had my back fusion. well things are going ok, it was rough at first i thought i was going to die. it turned out to be a 7 hr surgery, 2 rods, 4 screws and 2 cages to replace 2 ruptured disc's. I feel much better now, i cant already tell a difference. I dont have any leg pain anymore. All of my pain is due to recovery and thats ok with me.

Also i wanted to say thank you to all of my wonderful friends who have helped me through this trouble time. i got so many nice cards and a great book from my cafemom friends. also nana's place sent me flowers! i am so blessed to have great friends!

well today i made a paper diaper bag, i am working on a paper bag album to put in there to sell. it was lot of fun to make. i combined 2 ideas from great and talented ladies. i believe one is chic n scratch and leigh o'brien. i think they are over at SCS. the paper came from storytellers club, i love this paper! the pocket in the front i made to put a card in there. well i hope you all like!

ok so all the new rage in scrapbooking is cupcakes! there is a lady over on cafemom i believe her name is starfish made up a awesome template! so thank you for that i am in love with these cute cards! i made 4 to try and sell, its more of a boyish theme! tonight i will be working on some girly theme's! these would make such cute birthday invites! the blue cupcakes are made with paper from TLC and the 3d embellies are from the $ store! the other ones i cant remember where i got the paper from! well thank you for looking and thanks to starfish for the awesome template!

ok so i made a goal this month to blog once a week, and i remembered! so very proud of myself. i did do a couple of tri-fold cards this week! thanks sara for the instructions, i am not a very good cardmaker so i am trying to learn. i also am in the works of making things to sell again, i do want to set up my blog store so i hope to get that up and running soon.

on another note, my back fusion surgery got postponed till april 24th, i really just want to get it over with but not looking forward to the recovery. i really hope this is it for me, i am tired and i want my life back.

monday was my birthday,i am the big 29! one more year till 30! and sean's birthday is may 5th he will be 2, i cant believe how time is flying by! on sunday i went to ac moore and picked up a few things. i got $50 from a family member and cant wait to buy some goodies! i want to head over to micheal's for the big cricut sale, i really want some more cart's.

ok its been since thanksgiving since i blogged, i really need to get better at doing this! well i got a cricut for Christmas and i am so very happy. now i just need more cartridges-lol! i also have done alot so here we go. i did a recipe swap for scrap haven, secret page swap, my partner like Halloween and fall so i did 8x8 LO's. i also did this letter of the word swap and i saw the cutest turkey's done with the scallop punch, i think her name was jan tink over at scs. so thank you! also i did a tag swap for let's scrap and i also so a santa with the scallop punch and i am sorry i didnt know who did that. and i did the reindeer which was my paper piecing. i have done a few more since but i need to take photos so that will be another day, hope you all had a great christmas and have a great new year!

Altered Dixie Cup

Well my friend Heidi showed me this great website, splitcoaststampers and let me tell you what a great site this is! i love going there and browsing all the great stuff these ladies come up with! such talented ladies. I just wish i had the talent that these woman do to make this stuff up! i saw someone do a dixie cup and i had to try it. recently i have been in a shower kick and i have been doing all girl stuff so i figured to give boy colors a shot. so here is my altered dixie cup! thanks for looking!

also i saw these paper bows, i am sorry i forgot where i saw this at. But i had to try it and really it wasn't that bad. i have to tweak them a little to make them look right. I also need glue dots, i used my square adhesive and they just arent sticking to well to each other. i am excited to keep making these and i cant wait to try them in different papers.

Well its 2:10am here and i cant sleep, hubby has left for a business trip. also i am busy doing a virtual crop over at cafemom. i have a scrapbooking group there called let's scrap. today was alot of fun, we are doing how to's and scrapping idol. well i guess its time for bed, thanks for reading and looking! nighty night!

well i saw this cute idea on the net from someone's blog ( i am sorry i dont remember who) so i made this cute mint box that has 4 york peppermint patty's. the box was really easy to create and once i get my scalloped punch this will be so much easier! i think these would look great as baby shower favors or any kind of party favor.

So my sisters baby shower was sat and boy i didnt ever think i was going to get done with favors and centerpeices. so i did for favors a one sheet box and inside i made edible pacifiers and jelly beans, for the centerpeices i made diaper cakes. So my sister got alot of nice things and she loved it! Her cake rocked! her step mother in law got it and boy was it great, i wish i knew who it was made by. so i am gonna include pics of my favors the tables and her walking in. i didnt think i was ever going to be done but hubby helped me out on friday night! i could have never done it without him.

not sure if most of you know but my husband served over in iraq and i am very proud of him. there was an organization called ARMS that helped us and many other military families. every year they give presents to kids of deployed soilders. here is a email i got and hope someone can help,

I am writing to my friends and family, because our Project Little Soldier (Holiday gifts for the children of deployed military) has become bigger then we have ever had it before. We are taking care of children from all over the US. NY, Colorado, Wisconsin, California, Utah, Louisanna, North Carolina, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and of course NJ and I need your help.

If you, your business, your place of business, your friends or even your church can sponsor a child or two (each childs total gifts do not exceed $105, some are as low as $50. Each child can pick 3 gifts of their choice) I would be happy, since I know all of you to email the childs address and and you can personally handle that child yourself. WE NEED YOU TO BE SANTA THIS YEAR. These children are without their parents (many their mom's) for the holidays. Let's make the holiday season what it's all about. Helping others in need.

Pinecone Ornaments

so i jumped on the bandwagon and made pinecone ornaments, i guess they were popular last year but i missed the bus! ha ha ha. well these were really fun to make once i figured out the right way to do them. my finger did hurt from pushing in the pins but i have plans on making many more of these! thanks for looking:) oh also i got these from another blogger, i did not come up with this design.

here is an invite i did for my sister's baby shower, i am not going to show the details just in case she see's this. but i freehanded the umbrella top and the handle. it was alot of work but i am really happy with how this came out. there are a few different ones! i still have to make envies for them all. well thanks for looking and happy scrapping!

Tim's best friend had a baby about 2 weeks ago so i wanted to create something like a brag book. and i just did a matchbook for my sister so i thought it would be cute to do something smaller. But when i finished it and put it all together i figured out that it was a little bumpy so next time i am going to have to do it accordian style.
